摘要
文章以某国电厂实际案例为依据,对全厂失电、厂用电中断造成的危害、潜在隐患等实际情况和处理经验进行探讨与分析。
Based on the actual case of one power plant in a country,this paper discusses and analyzes the hazards and potential hidden troubles caused by the entire power outage and auxiliary power loss and handling experiences.
