摘要
文章在充分考量人工智能与电力服务深度融合所具备的优势的基础上,从数据资源的创新、电力客户服务体系的完善、信息共享机制的构建三个方面深入探讨了人工智能与电力服务深度融合路径,旨在进一步提高电力服务智能化水平,进而促进电力行业的发展。
Based on the full consideration of advantages of deep integration of artificial intelligence and power services,this paper deeply discusses the path of deep integration of artificial intelligence and power services from three aspects of innovation of data resources,improvement of the electric power customer service system and construction of the information sharing mechanism,aiming to further improve the intelligent level of electric power services,and then promote the development of the electric power industry.
