基于POS信息和杆塔空间位置关系的输配电线路机巡照片归集方法研究及应用 被引量:5

摘要 随着输配电线路机巡业务的不断推进,无人机巡检照片量呈现指数增长的趋势,机巡数据的处理与分析应用正迈向“大数据”时代。当前的数据整理方式效率低、工作量大,已无法满足线路生产管理对高效数据处理的迫切要求和输电专业精益化管理的需求。为此,文章提出了一种基于精细化验收运维照片的POS信息和杆塔空间位置关系的自动/半自动归集方法,并研发了一款基于POS信息的机巡照片智能整理软件,可全面解决海量机巡照片命名、分类、管理等存在的一系列问题,极大提升机巡照片后期数据处理的效率、准确性和规范性,有效提升输配电线路无人机机巡检综合效率和应用效果。 With the continuous advancement of the patrol business of transmission and distribution lines,the number of photos of drone inspections has shown an exponential growth trend,and the processing and analysis of patrol data is moving towards the"big data"era.The current data consolidation method is inefficient and has a large workload,which has been unable to meet the urgent requirements for efficient data processing in line production management and the demand for lean management of power transmission professionals.For this reason,an automatic/semi-automatic collection method based on the POS information of fine inspection and maintenance photos and the spatial position relationship of the tower was proposed,and an intelligent photo finishing software based on POS information was developed,which could comprehensively solve the problem.There was a series of problems in the naming,classification,and management of mass inspection photos,which greatly improved the efficiency,accuracy and standardization of the post-processing data of the inspection photos,and effectively improved the overall efficiency and application effect of the inspection of the transmission and distribution lines.
