某研究堆堆厅吊车改造设计与应用

摘要 某研究堆堆厅吊车经过多年运行,原有机械机构与电控系统均有不同程度的老化、磨损,为保障科研任务的顺利进行,现需对堆厅吊车进行适应性改造。文章通过对该研究堆堆厅吊车改造前状态的分析,提出了吊车机械和电控系统改造的设计方案。改造方案实施后,吊车性能得到了有效改善。 After years of operation,the original mechanical mechanism and electric control system of the research reactor hall crane are aged and worn to varying degrees.In order to ensure the smooth progress of scientific research tasks,it is necessary to carry out adaptive transformation of the crane.In this paper,the state of the crane in a research reactor hall before reforming was analyzed,and a design scheme for the transformation of the crane's mechanical and electronic control system was put forward.After the implementation of the transformation,the performance of the crane has been effectively improved.
