摘要
越来越多的管理者们重视到绩效管理的重要性,合理开展绩效管理不仅能够完善企业内部的管理体系,同时还能为企业后续的发展奠定基础。由此,文章拟结合现阶段我国企业人力资源管理中绩效管理的现状进行阐述,从中探究绩效管理的优化、构建路径,希望能够对未来企业人力资源管理工作有所帮助。
More and more managers pay attention to the importance of performance management.Reasonable implementation of performance management can not only improves the internal management system of the enterprise,but also lays a foundation for the subsequent development of the enterprise.Therefore,this paper intends to elaborate on the current situation of performance management in human resource management of enterprises in China,and explore the optimization and construction path of performance management,in the hope of contributing to the future work of human resource management in enterprises.
