Design of Driller’s Room of Oil Rig

石油钻机司钻房是集电、气、液及仪表控制于一体的现代化钻机控制配套装置,是石油钻机的控制中枢。司钻房设计的优劣直接关系到整座钻机的生产效率。鉴于此,通过开展对陆地钻机司钻房总体结构电气方案研究,重新设计了正压通风系统、集成控制系统和显示系统。司钻控制房内部结构和布局得到全新优化,更符合操纵系统人机工程学原理,可以有效降低司钻操作劳动强度,有益于提高生产效率。试验验证结果表明:该司钻房设计合理、安全可靠、运行平稳,符合国际相关标准(ISO9001)和石油企业相关标准,满足HSE要求。

The driller’s room of the oil rig is a modern drilling machine control supporting device integrating electric,gas,liquid and instrument control.It is the control center of the oil rig.The design of the driller’s room is directly related to the production efficiency of the whole rig.In view of this,the positive pressure ventilation system,integrated control system and display system are redesigned through the research on the overall structure and electrical scheme of the driller’s room of the land rig.The new optimization of the internal structure and layout of driller’s control room is more in line with the principle of ergonomics of the control system,which can effectively reduce the labor intensity of driller’s operation and improve the production efficiency.The test results show that the driller’s room is reasonable in design,safe and reliable,stable in operation,in line with the relevant international standards(ISO9001)and the relevant standards of petroleum enterprises,and meets the HSE requirements.
