基于棉花育苗的制钵摆放一体机系统设计

摘要 通过对棉花种植过程中营养钵育苗的需求分析,设计了一款集自动挖掘、传送和搅拌土壤、自动成型和摆放营养钵为一体的小型农用一体化设备。机械结构部分主要包括土壤挖掘机构、土壤输送机构、土壤搅拌机构、营养钵成型机构、营养钵摆放机构、旋转滚筒机构及驱动和推杆转向机构,控制系统部分采用STM32单片机为核心,并结合NRF无线遥控和多种传感器辅助控制各个功能的实现。 Based on the analysis of the demand of nutrition bowl seedling in the process of cotton planting,a small-scale integrated agricultural equipment is designed,which can automatically excavate,transfer and stir the soil,automatically form and place nutrition bowl.The mechanical structure part of this work mainly includes soil digging mechanism,soil conveying mechanism,soil mixing mechanism,nutrient bowl forming mechanism,nutrient bowl placing mechanism,rotary drum mechanism and driving and push rod steering mechanism;the control system part adopts STM32 single chip microcomputer as the core,NRF wireless remote control and a variety of sensors to assist in the realization of various functions.
