数控车床除尘系统的设计

Design of Dedusting System for CNC Lathe

数控车床在加工高分子复合材料时切屑为粉末状,不仅污染工作环境,损害工人健康,而且对机床本身也会有一定的损害。为解决此类问题,设计一套适用于数控车床的除尘系统。经实践证明,该设计方案合理,除尘效果良好,满足使用要求,保障了车间环境。

When CNC lathe processes polymer composite materials,the chips are in powder form,which not only pollutes the working environment and is harmful to workers’health,but also damages the machine itself.In order to solve these problems,a set of dedusting system for CNC lathe is designed.It has been proved by practice that the design scheme is reasonable,the dedusting effect is good,the use requirements are met,and the workshop environment is guaranteed.
