摘要
集装箱岸桥起重机是港口装卸的主要装置,而小车运行系统是起重机的重要组成部分。为保证小车工作效率,节省成本,对小车进行参数化建模,计算分析小车上主要装置的一些尺寸参数,最后使用ANSYS软件提出了小车运行机构的优化设计。
The main device for port loading and unloading when a container quay crane is used as an important part of the crane.In order to ensure the working efficiency,save the cost,this paper carries out parametric modeling of the trolley,and calculates and analyzes some size parameters of the main devices on the trolley.Finally,the optimized design of the trolley operating mechanism was proposed using ANSYS software.
