摘要
以国内某型号飞机的全机对接为例,结合激光跟踪仪测量原理,探讨采用激光跟踪仪进行飞机水平测量的影响因素,研究了选定的全机对接基准下水平测量结果偏差原因,得出目前条件下该偏差原因主要产生于环境温度变化和飞机顶起状态的差异。此外,根据偏差原因分析提出了在保证其他影响测量因素不变的情况下,保持各次测量时环境温度一致,并最大程度保证顶起状态相似,是有效减少测量结果偏差的对策。
Combining the principle of level measurement technology and a model of a certain type aircraft in China,the influence factors of aircraft level measurement with laser tracker was discussed in this paper.The deviation reasons of the ambient temperature and the supporting state of the aircraft were analyzed to be the main reasons at present.According to the reason analysis,the effective solutions were proposed,which required consistent temperature and highly similar supporting state of the aircraft.
