摘要
驻车拉杆作为驻车制动系统的操作机构,在车辆保持静止及辅助制动过程中具有重要作用。部分车辆在行驶过中驻车拉杆会产生噪声,影响整车的舒适型。为解决此问题,在零部件结构及设计分析的基础上,找出噪声来源并进行优化设计,同时基于实车路谱输入确认台架试验设置及操作步骤进行试验验证。验证结果表明:驻车拉杆的结构优化设计能够显著改善噪声水平,设计的台架试验可以很好地复现噪声问题,对后续的零件件开发和验证具有一定的指导作用。
The parking brake lever as operation machine of brake system.The main function to keep vehicles standstill and assist service brake.But part of vehicles have park brake level noise issue when driving and influence comfort.To resolve the concern based on component structure and design analysis.The root cause be found and optimize design.Execute test validation by bench test setup and procedure according to vehicle level vibration data.The test result approve that noise level can be improved according to new structure optimize design and new design bench test can reproduce the noise issue.This process can be as instruction for later parking brake lever development and validation.
