特种船尾轴托架在总段阶段预装可行性分析

摘要 特种船是一种纵骨架式、长轴系的船型,薄板板材居多。在以往的建造过程中,为了保证轴系施工精度,将尾轴托架放在船台阶段安装,安装时机介于船台第一次和第二次照光之间。该阶段施工存在周期紧张、难度大和交叉作业多的弊端。随着建造工艺的不断优化,特种船由塔式建造慢慢转变为总段建造,极大缩短了船台周期,但是按照以往方式安装尾轴托架的弊端越来越突出。传统的安装方式一方面导致轴系施工节点延后,制约轴系施工周期,另一方面施工环境的复杂性影响尾轴托架的安装质量。因此,优化尾轴托架安装方式具有重要的意义。基于现阶段的总段建造方式,尾轴托架在总段阶段预装能很好地解决以往的弊端,且具有很高的可行性。 Special ship is a kind of ship type with longitudinal frame and long axis system,and the majority of sheet metal.In the past construction process,in order to ensure the construction accuracy of the shafting,the tail shaft bracket was installed at the stage of the slipway,and the installation time was between the first and second illumination of the slipway.In this stage of construction,there are some disadvantages,such as short period,great difficulty and many cross operations.With the continuous optimization of construction technology,the special ship is gradually transformed from tower construction to general section construction,which greatly shortens the berth period.However,the disadvantages of installing the stern bracket in the past way are more and more prominent.On the one hand,the traditional installation method leads to the delay of the construction node of the shaft system and restricts the construction period of the shaft system.On the other hand,the complexity of the construction environment affects the installation quality of the tail shaft bracket.Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize the installation of the tail shaft bracket.Based on the current construction mode of the main section,the pre assembly of the tail shaft bracket in the main section can solve the problems in the past,and has a high feasibility.
