The design of a welding fixture for door reinforcement plate assembly is introduced,which can realize the welding of door reinforcement plate assembly for 2 different models,including BASE plate,positioning mechanism,clamping unit,pneumatic control system,etc.Compared with the traditional welding fixture,the structure of the welding fixture is reasonable,which improves the welding efficiency,reduces the manufacturing cost of the welding fixture,and realizes the flexible production of door reinforcement plate assembly welding.
