摘要
为解决汽车用高强度复杂结构支撑件多工艺制造模式的关键技术问题,需提高汽车智能制造行业的生产效率、工艺水平以及自动化、数字化和智能化程度。本项目拟紧密结合汽车零部件智能制造行业的重大需求,研发面向汽车领域产品生产过程中所需的具有高强度、高性能的汽车用高强度结构支撑件,解决复合模具的精确快速优化设计和多工艺智能化生产技术。该成套技术可实现零件加工尺寸公差±0.05mm,平面度≤0.2mm,焊道熔透率(熔深)≥0.5或0.2t,其中t为板材厚度。
In order to solve the key technical problems of the multi process manufacturing mode of high-strength complex structure supporting parts for automobile,improve the production efficiency,process level,automation,digitization and intelligence degree of the automobile intelligent manufacturing industry.The project plans to closely combine the major needs of the intelligent manufacturing industry of auto parts and components,develop the high-strength structural support parts for automobile with high strength and performance required in the production process of products in the automotive field,solve the accurate and rapid optimization design of composite mold and multi process intelligent production technology,the complete set of technology can achieve the machining dimensional tolerance of parts:±0.05mm,flatness≤0.2mm;weld penetration(penetration)≥0.5 or 0.2t,where t is the thickness of the plate.
