摘要 针对当前岸边集装箱起重机托架小车缠绕机构在换绳操作中存在极大的安全隐患、换绳效率低以及换绳成本高等问题,在对岸边集装箱起重机简单概述的基础上,对当前托架小车缠绕机构存在的问题进行总结分析。结合现状分析结果和多年的经验,对缠绕机构关键部位及部件采用定滑轮、平衡滑轮、导槽和特制压绳板进行优化。实践表明,采用上述改造方式具有良好的应用效果,可在实际生产中推广应用。 Aiming at the existing safety hazards of the rope winding mechanism of the cradle and carriage of the quayside container crane,and the problems of low rope change efficiency and high rope change cost,the article is based on a brief overview of the quayside container crane Summarize and analyze the problems existing in the winding mechanism of the carriage trolley.Based on the analysis results of the current situation and years of experience,the key parts and components of the winding mechanism are optimized by using fixed pulleys,balanced pulleys,guide grooves and special rope pressing plates.The practice shows that the above transformation method has good application effect and can be popularized and applied in actual production.
