人工智能居家养老的适用性问题探析

The Problem and Paths of Home Pension Based on Artificial Intelligence Technology

我国日益加重的老龄化使得目前传统养老模式下供需不平衡、家庭养老负担加重、养老产业不成熟等矛盾逐渐凸显。21世纪人工智能、通信技术、物联网等科学技术飞速发展,迅速融入并升级变革了部分传统行业。在居家养老智能化的趋势下,文章探索了人工智能为养老行业带来革新的机遇,并从政策基础、技术基础、经济基础、心理基础四个维度出发分析构建人工智能居家养老模式的适用性框架。从人工智能技术及人才、居家养老场景特殊性、技术风险及数据安全、人工智能与人文关怀四个矛盾点出发提出相关建议,以促进人工智能居家养老模式在我国的进一步发展。

The increasing aging of China makes the contradictions such as imbalance of supply and demand under the current traditional pension model,increasing family pension burden,and immature pension industry.The rapid development of science and technology such as artificial intelligence,communication technology,and the Internet of Things in the 21 st century has quickly integrated into and upgraded some traditional industries.Under the trend of intelligent home care,the article explores the opportunities for artificial intelligence to bring innovation to the pension industry,and analyzes the feasibility of constructing an artificial intelligence home care model from four dimensions:policy foundation,technology foundation,economic foundation and psychological foundation.From the four contradictory points of artificial intelligence technology and talents,the speciality of home care scenarios,technical risks and data security,artificial intelligence and humanistic care,we put forward related suggestions to promote the further development of artificial home care models.
