摘要
近年来,融资性担保公司与商业银行的合作日趋紧密,担保公司在缓解企业融资难方面的作用日趋显现。伴随着双方合作开展的深入、在业务实践过程中,商业银行对担保公司的准入要求逐步提高、双方合作业务产品种类不足、商业银行获取存款的需求不断加强、双方业务合作分险比例达成共识难度逐步加大,这些都成为双方合作的掣肘因素。因此,建立满足业务发展需要的担保体系、产品体系、营销理念、商业模式等,对未来双方业务的开展至关重要。
In recent years,the cooperation between financing guarantee companies and commercial banks has become increasingly close,and the role of guarantee companies in alleviating the financing difficulties of enterprises has become increasingly apparent.With the deepening of cooperation between the two sides,in the process of business practice,the access requirements of commercial banks for guarantee companies have been gradually improved,the types of business products for cooperation between the two sides are insufficient,the needs of commercial banks to obtain deposits have been continuously strengthened,and the difficulty of reaching a consensus on the risk sharing ratio of business cooperation between the two sides has gradually increased,all of which have become constraints for cooperation between the two sides.Therefore,the establishment of a guarantee system,product system,marketing concept,business model,etc.to meet the needs of business development is essential for the future development of business between the two sides.
