吉林省实施乡村振兴战略的投融资机制研究

Research on the Investment and Financing Mechanism of Implementing the Strategy of Rural Revitalization in Jilin Province

推进乡村振兴是当前农业农村经济工作的主线,也是实现农业强国的必然选择。进入新时代,国家高度重视乡村发展,有效的金融扶持与乡村振兴战略的成功实施息息相关,其关键在于如何建立健全乡村的投融资机制。立足吉林省农村地区,总结乡村振兴战略中投融资机制存在的主要问题,选用柯布道格拉斯生产函数模型实证分析金融支持对乡村振兴的效应,进而对完善吉林省投融资机制、支持乡村振兴战略的实施提出相关建议。

Promoting the rural revitalization is the main line of the current agricultural and rural economic work,and also the inevitable choice to realize the agricultural power.In the new era,the country attaches great importance to rural development.Effective financial support is closely related to the successful implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The key lies in how to establish and improve the rural investment and financing mechanism.Based on the rural areas of Jilin Province,this paper summarizes the main problems of investment and financing mechanism in the Rural Revitalization Strategy,selects Cobb Douglas production function model to analyze the effect of financial support on rural revitalization,and then proposes relevant suggestions for improving the investment and financing mechanism of Jilin Province and supporting the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
