摘要 资质过剩是近年来组织管理领域的新兴话题。虽然不少研究探讨了其对员工工作产生的影响,但资质过剩与员工幸福感的关系却鲜有关注。本文在回顾文献的基础上对此进行了研究,提出对策以削弱资质过剩对工作激情及员工幸福感的负面影响。 Excess qualification is an emerging topic in the field of organization management in recent years.Although many studies have explored its impact on employee work,the relationship between excess qualifications and employee well-being has received little attention.Based on the review of the literature,this article studies this and proposes countermeasures to weaken the negative effects of excess qualifications on work passion and employee well-being.
