摘要
馆员能力要求是现阶段提升图书馆服务水平的重要因素,而学科背景是馆员能力的重要方面,从学科背景视角关注馆员职业成长和图书馆人才队伍建设都有积极的意义。搜集南京农业大学图书馆近10年成果产出中馆员及其合作者的学科背景信息,利用生物多样性方法和CiteSpace工具深入分析不同学科背景馆员的成果产出和合作状态,探讨馆员学科背景和职业成长的相互关系。结果显示,68名馆员的学科背景共包含28个一级学科门类,人文学科、农业相关类和图情学科是主要学科背景类型,不同学科背景馆员之间科研合作广泛,最高合作强度8次,平均合作强度1.5次,图情学科背景是科研产出的重要因素和科研合作的重要对象。相对来说,在行业性高校图书馆,图情专业背景与行业背景相关的多学科背景馆员成长更为有利。
The requirement of librarian’s ability is an important factor to improve the service level of library at present,and the subject background is an important aspect of librarian’s ability.It is of positive significance to pay attention to the professional growth of librarians and the construction of library talent team from the perspective of subject background.This paper collects the subject background information of librarians and their collaborators in the achievement output of Nanjing Agricultural University Library in the past 10 years,analyzes the achievement output and cooperation status of librarians with different subject background by using biodiversity method and CiteSpace tool,and probes into the relationship between subject background and professional growth of librarians.The results show that the academic background of 68 librarians consists of 28 first-class disciplines,and humanities,agriculture related disciplines,library and information disciplines are the main types of academic background.The research cooperation among librarians with different academic backgrounds is extensive,with the highest cooperation intensity of 8 times and the average cooperation intensity of 1.5 times.Library information discipline background is an important factor of scientific research output and an important object of scientific research cooperation.Comparatively speaking,in the professional university library,the librarian with multi-disciplinary background related to the professional background of library and information is more advantageous to grow up.
