In the process of knowledge service integration,there are external risks such as policy restriction,potential competition,emergency situation,and internal risks such as trust construction,adverse selection,spillover effect,and income distribution.It is necessary to establish risk early warning and emergency response system,adopt information disclosure and moral restriction means,implement dynamic enter and reasonable exit mechanism,and improve supporting facilities and optimize the coordination plan,so as to cope with the risks.
