摘要
图书馆传统服务面临智能化发展冲击,馆员工作也遭遇“可替代性”,需要给图书馆服务和馆员职能重新定位。谢菲尔德大学图书馆提出了信息和数字素养框架,并组建有助于解决该问题的服务梯队,辅助在校师生进行科研交叉性研究、跨学科合作以及科研成果孵化。本文通过网络调查法和对比分析法,剖析了谢菲尔德大学图书馆的馆员团队建设体系和服务理念,为我国高校图书馆和大型公共图书馆馆员团队提供有效示范。
Library service is faced with the impact of intelligent development,and librarians’work is also confronted with the problem of“substitutability”,which requires the reorientation of library service and librarians’functions.The University of Sheffield Library puts forward the information and digital literacy framework,and builds a service team to help solve the problem,assists teachers and students in the school to conduct scientific research,interdisciplinary cooperation,and incubation of scientific research results.This paper analyzes the system and service concept of the librarian team of the University of Sheffield Library through the network survey method and comparative analysis method,and provides effective demonstration for the librarian team of university libraries and large public libraries in China.
