1999—2019年国内图书馆绩效评价的研究图景

Research Prospect of Library Performance Evaluation in China From 1999 to 2019

为了解国内图书馆绩效评价领域研究现状和热点,利用共词分析系统软件bicomb、社会网络分析软件NetDraw和Ucinet以及统计软件SPSS等对1999—2019年中国知网数据库中关于国内图书馆绩效评价研究的355篇中文核心期刊文献进行分析,绘制出图书馆绩效评价的研究图景,以期揭示1999—2019年中国图书馆绩效评价研究的现状和主题。结果表明,未来图书馆绩效评价研究应当聚焦评价模型构建、评价方法设计和评价指标制定。此外,图书馆业务工作绩效评价研究也将成为该领域的研究生长点和热点。

In order to understand the current situation and hot spots of the research in the field of library performance evaluation in China,355 Chinese core journal literatures about the research of library performance evaluation in China’s CNKI database from 1999 to 2019 are analyzed by using the analysis tools of Biocomb,NetDraw,Ucinet and SPSS.This paper aims to reveal the current situation and hot topics of library performance evaluation in China in the past 20 years.The results show that in the future,the research of library performance evaluation should focus on the construction of library performance evaluation model,the design of evaluation methods and the formulation of evaluation indexes.In addition,the research on the performance evaluation of library business will also become the research growth point in this field.
