摘要
1,2,3-杂二唑环类化合物广泛应用于药物、农药以及染料等领域,按照杂原子种类不同,主要可以分为N杂环、 O杂环、 S杂环及其他环等四种类型。本文综述了以芳伯胺为起始原料构造各类1,2,3-杂二唑环化合物的方法。
1,2,3-Heterodiazole ring compounds are widely used in medicine, pesticides and dyes.According to the types of heteroatoms, 1,2,3-heterodiazole ring can be mainly divided into four types, such as N heterocycle, O heterocycle, S heterocycle and other rings. This article reviews the methods for constructing various 1,2,3-heterodiazole ring compounds using aryl primary amines as starting materials.
