“学、练、做”分段式教学法在伤寒论教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨"学、练、做"分段式教学法在《伤寒论》课程中的应用效果。方法以大连医科大学2016级和2017级中西医临床医学专业本科生作为研究对象,分为试验组和对照组。在《伤寒论》课程教学中,试验组采用"学、练、做"分段式教学法,对照组采用传统教学模式。课程结束后通过考试成绩和问卷调查,了解"学、练、做"分段式教学法的教学效果。结果试验组考试成绩高于对照组,且学生对"学、练、做"分段式教学法的教学反馈效果基本满意。结论"学、练、做"分段式教学法一方面促进学生参与的积极性,有利于提升学生学习的兴趣,另一方面可以锻炼学生思维能力,提高临床实践能力。该教学法是一种更适合《伤寒论》的教学方法,并且可以在其他中医经典原著课程的教学中推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of the "learning-practicing-doing" segtmented teachingt method in the teachingt of Shanghan Lun.Methods Undergraduates majoring in integtrated medicine clinical medicine in 2016 and 2017 of Dalian Medical University were divided into experimental group and control group.In the course of Shanghan Lun,the experimental group adopted the "learning-practicing-doing" segmented teaching method,and the control group adopted the traditional teachingt mode.After the course,the effect of the "learning-practicing-doing" segmented teaching method through examination results and questionnaires was analyzed.Results The test scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the students were basically satisfied with the teaching feedback effect of the "learning-practicing-doing" segmented teaching method.Conclusion The "learning-practicing-doing" segmented teaching method promotes students’ enthusiasm for participation on the one hand,and is conducive to enhancing students’ interest in learning,on the other hand,it can exercise students’ thinking ability and improve clinical practice ability.This teaching method is a more suitable teaching method for the course of Shanghan Lun,and it can be popularized and applied in the teaching of other classic courses of traditional Chinese medicine.
