浅析东垣阴火论

A Brief Analysis on the Theory of Yin Fire of Li Dongyuan

"阴火"理论是金代著名医家李杲在潜习《内经》理论的基础上,根据临证经验首先提出的学说。而关于"阴火"的产生和本质却使历代医家争论不休,"阴火"理论在当今疑难病的诊治中越来越受到重视。本文回归东垣《脾胃论》和《内外伤辨惑论》,对"阴火"理论的产生、本质、临床表现和相关方药作简要分析。

The theory of "yin fire" was first put forward by Li Gao,a famous physician in the Jin Dynasty,on the basis of studying the theory of Neijing.However,the generation and nature of "yin fire" make the doctors of all ages argue endlessly.The theory of "yin fire" has been paid increasingly attention in the diagnosis and treatment of difficult diseases.This paper returns to Dongyuan’s Treatise on Spleen and Stomach and Differentiation on Endogenous and Exogenous Diseases,and makes a brief analysis on the generation,essence,clinical manifestations and related prescriptions of theory of "yin fire".
