The Coordinating Prescriptions of Professor Li Xian in the Treatment of Liver Fibrosis Based on Syndrome Differentiation

目的总结李鲜教授辨证运用开路方治疗肝纤维化的经验。方法跟师侍诊,总结病案,分析选方用药规律。结果李鲜教授辨证论治,将四逆散类方、三仁汤类方等开路方运用于肝纤维化的治疗,取得了显著的治疗效果。结论李鲜教授的开路方思想值得借鉴学习。

Objective To summarize Professor Li Xian’s experience in the treatment of liver fibrosis with coordinating prescriptions.Methods Following the doctor’s consultation,the medical records were summarized,and the rules of prescription medication were analyze.Results Following the rule of syndrome differentiation and treatment,Professor Li Xian applicates Sini powder and Sanren decoction to the treatment of liver fibrosis,and has achieved remarkable therapeutic effects.Conclusion The thinking of Professor Li Xians’ coordinating prescriptions is worth learning.
