五味消毒饮异病同治临床应用体会

Experience on the Clinical Application of Modified Wuwei Xiaodu Drink in Treating Different Diseases with Same Method

异病同治是中医治病的一个基本治则,是辨证论治的具体体现。五味消毒饮是临床上常用方剂,具有清热解毒之功。带状疱疹、口腔溃疡、痛风临床表现不一,但其基本病机则都为热毒壅盛。故治疗皆以清热解毒为大法予以五味消毒饮治之。上述三种疾病具有不同的临床特点,故在治疗每种病时须对五味消毒饮进行加减,并加入针对性的药物以便取得较好的临床疗效。通过治疗带状疱疹、口腔溃疡、痛风的三则病案,介绍五味消毒饮加减在临床上的具体运用,阐释了异病同治的特色及优势。

The treating different diseases with same method is the basic treatment principle of traditional Chinese medicine and the concrete expression of treatment based on syndrome differentiation.The Wuwei Xiaodu drink is the commonly used formula which can clear away heat and remove toxic substances.Although clinical manifestations of herpes zoster,stomatocace and gout are different,the basic pathogenesis of these diseases is the excesses of heat and toxic substances.The Wuwei Xiaodu drink is used for the treatment of these diseases with clearing away heat and removing toxic substances as the main therapeutic methods.Each of the three kinds of diseases of the above shows different clinical characteristics.So Wuwei Xiaodu drink should be modified to treat each disease and special herbs can be added in order to get good curative effect.The concrete clinical application of modified Wuwei Xiaodu drink is introduced by three cases of treatment of herpes zoster,stomatocace and gout,elucidating the characteristic and advantage of the same treatment for different diseases.
