加味清胃散对胃火炽热型牙周病GCF-AST和GCF-ALP的影响

Effect of Modified Qingwei Powder on GCF-AST and GCF-ALP of Exuberance of Stomach Fire-induced Periodontopathy

目的分析加味清胃散治疗胃火炽热型牙周病对GCF-AST和GCF-ALP的影响。方法选取2018年8月-2019年1月中国医科大学附属第四医院口腔科收治的牙周病患者60例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予加味清胃散进行治疗,2组均连续治疗1个月。统计2组治疗后临床疗效及并发症的发生情况;比较2组患者治疗前后菌斑指数、牙周袋探针深度、龈沟出血指数差异以及GCF-AST和GCF-ALP水平变化。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后观察组菌斑指数、牙周袋探针深度、龈沟出血指数均显著低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组GCF-AST和GCF-ALP水平均显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论加味清胃散可有效缓解胃火炽热型牙周病患者临床症状,降低GCF-AST和GCF-ALP水平,且疗效优于常规治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of modified Qingwei powder on GCF-AST and GCF-ALP of exuberance of stomach fireinduced periodontopathy.Methods 60 patients with periodontal disease were selected from August 2018 to January 2019 in the department of stomatology of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University.They were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30) according to random number table method.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given modified Qingwei powder on this basis.Both groups were treated continuously for one month.The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were analyzed.The plaque index,periodontal pocket probe depth,gingival sulcus bleeding index and GCF-AST and GCF-ALP levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The plaque index,periodontal bag probe depth and gingival sulcus bleeding index of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of GCF-AST and GCF-ALP of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Qingwei powder can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,reduce the levels of GCF-AST and GCF-ALP,and its curative effect is superior to conventional treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
