中药贴敷联合桃红四物汤治疗骨折早期肢体肿胀的研究

Study on Traditional Chinese Medicine Application Combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in the Treatment of Limb Swelling in the Early Stage of Fracture

目的探讨中药贴敷与桃红四物汤加减联合用药对治疗骨折早期肢体肿胀的效果。方法选择2018年2月-2019年2月接受治疗的90例四肢闭合性骨折早期肢体肿胀患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采用甘露醇行静脉滴注,观察组采用中药贴敷联合桃红四物汤加减治疗,比较2组患者疼痛评分、肿胀改善程度及治疗效果。结果治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组VAS评分、治疗3 d、5 d、7 d后周径差均较低,治疗总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论骨折早期肢体肿胀患者应用中药贴敷联合桃红四物汤加减的治疗效果较好,可有效缓解肢体疼痛、肿胀,利于患者转归。

Objective To investigate the effect of combination of traditional Chines e medicine and Taohong Siwu decoction in treatment of limb swelling in early stage of fracture.MethodsFrom February 2018 to February 2019,90 patients with early limb swelling of closed fracture of extremities were randomly divided into control group(n=45) and observation group(n=45).The patients in the control group were treated with mannitol intravenously,and the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and Taohong Siwu decoction.The pain score,swelling improvement degree and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the VAS score in the observation group was lower after 3 days and 5 days of treatment.After 7 days,the difference of peripheral diameter was lower and the total effective rate was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of limb swelling in the early stage of fracture is effective in relieving the pain and swelling of the limbs and is beneficial to the outcome of the patients.
