糖尿病周围神经病变辨证施治的应用

The Application of Syndrome Differentiation in Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的观察中医辨证施治在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年11月-2019年4月接受中医辨证施治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者70例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各35例。给予对照组患者常规西医治疗及护理。观察组患者在接受常规西医治疗及护理方法基础上给予其中医辨证施治。结果观察组总有效率为94.29%,对照组总有效率为71.43%,观察组优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用中医护理技术在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用效果显著。可使患者病情得到缓解,减轻患者症状,阻止病情恶化,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of syndrome differentiation in diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 70 diabetes patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in our hospital from November 2018 to April 2019 were selected,the patients were divided into observation group and control group with random number table,and each group contained 35 patients.The patients of control group were treated and nursed by regular methods.The observation group was treated with syndrome differentiation methods on the basis of the regular methods.Results The overall effective rate of observation group was 94.29%,the overall effective rate of control group was 71.43%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique in diabetic peripheral neuropathy has a remarkable effect.It can relieve the patient’s condition,reduce the patient’s symptoms,prevent the deterioration of the condition,relieve the patient’s pain and improve the patient’s quality of life.
