摘要
临床中膝骨关节病种虽然繁杂,但属阳虚者占50%~60%之多,在临床过程中,应注意阳气在疾病发生、发展和预后中的决定性作用。"阳气者,精则养神,柔则养筋"是在《黄帝内经》中所阐述的,临床应用比较广。笔者通过重点加强脾胃经的温针灸治疗,振奋阳气,从根本上发挥阳气"阳气者,精则养神,柔则养筋"之功,以改善运动功能为主膝骨关节炎病症。
Although the types of knee osteoarthropathy are complicated in clinic,more than 50-60% of them are yang deficiency.In the clinical process,we should pay attention to the decisive role of yang qi in the occurrence,development and prognosis of the disease. "Yang qi,essence nourishes spirit and soft nourishes tendon" is elaborated in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor,which has a wide range of clinical applications.Through emphasizing warming acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of spleen and stomach meridians,the author stimulates yang qi and exerts its function of "yang qi,essence nourishes spirit and soft nourishes muscle" fundamentally,so as to improve the motor function of knee osteoarthritis.
