摘要
目的研究益智仁水煎液对糖尿病肾病小鼠的影响。方法选取40只小鼠(30只早期DN小鼠,10只正常小鼠)作为实验对象。将30只早期DN小鼠作为实验组,随机分为益智仁组、生理盐水组、厄贝沙坦组,每组各10只;10只正常小鼠作为空白组。实验组小鼠分别给予益智仁水煎液、生理盐水以及厄贝沙坦灌胃,空白组小鼠给予生理盐水灌胃,连续灌胃8周。测定实验前后小鼠的体重、血糖、尿微量白蛋白指标。结果灌胃8周后,DN小鼠体重无显著变化,生理盐水组血糖、尿微量白蛋白均高于空白组(P <0.01),而DN小鼠给予益智仁和厄贝沙坦后,小鼠血糖、尿微量白蛋白均显著下降(P <0.01)。结论益智仁水煎液可以有效降低血糖以及减少尿微量白蛋白的排泄,显示出良好的保护肾脏的作用,在DN早期的治疗中疗效显著,值得进一步实验推动临床药物使用。
Objective To study the effect of Yizhiren decoction on diabetic nephropathy mice.Methods 40 mice(30 early DN mice and 10 normal mice) were selected as experimental objects.30 early DN mice were randomly divided into Yizhiren group(n=10),saline group(n=10) and irbesartan group(n=10),and 10 normal mice were used as blank group.The mice in the experimental group were given Yizhiren decoction,saline and irbesartan respectively,and the blank group was given saline intragastrically for 8 weeks.The body weight,blood glucose and urinary microalbumin were measured before and after the experiment.Results After 8 weeks of intragastric administration,there was no significant change in body weight of DN mice.Blood glucose and urinary microalbumin in saline group were higher than those in blank group(P<0.01).However,blood glucose and urinary microalbumin in DN mice were significantly decreased after administration of Yizhiren decoction and irbesartan(P<0.01).Conclusion Yizhiren decoction can effectively reduce blood glucose and urinary microalbumin excretion,and shows a good protective effect on kidney.Yizhiren decoction is effective in the early treatment of DN,which is worthy of further experiments to promote the use of clinical drugs.
