桂枝芍药知母汤与中医护理结合治疗痛风性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction Combined with Tradiional Chinese Medicine Nursing in the Treatment of Gouty Arthritis

目的剖析经方桂枝芍药知母汤与中医护理结合治疗痛风性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月-2018年3月收治40例痛风性关节炎患者当作本研究对象,按照随机抽样法,将40例患者随机分成2组:观察组(20例)、对照组(20例)。对照组:给予患者口服秋水仙碱联合常规护理。观察组:给予患者口服方桂枝芍药知母汤与中医护理。对比分析2组患者炎症、血尿酸改善情况以及疼痛、护理满意度评分。结果治疗后,观察组患者CRP、ESR、UA水平明显低于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论经方桂枝芍药知母汤与中医护理结合治疗痛风性关节炎的临床效果佳,可有效改善患者炎症情况,降低血尿酸水平与疼痛感,提高护理满意度,值得予以学习。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on gouty arthritis.Methods 40 patients with gouty arthritis were selected from June 2017 to March 2018 in the department of traditional Chinese medicine of our hospital.According to random sampling method,40 patients were randomly divided into observation group(20 cases) and control group(20 cases).The control group was given oral colchicine combined with routine nursing.The observation group was given oral Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction and traditional Chinese medicine nursing.Inflammation,improvement of serum uric acid,pain and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of CRP,ESR and UA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on gouty arthritis is good.It can effectively improve the inflammation of patients,reduce the level of serum uric acid and pain,and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worth learning.
