Hyperuricemia and Cardiovascular Disease

随着我国生活水平的提高,人们日常饮食结构的改变,患高尿酸血症(HUA)的人群数量持续上升,且呈年轻化趋势。许多临床研究发现,高尿酸血症已成为心血管疾病发生和死亡的独立危险因素,增加了心血管疾病的发病率,严重威胁人们的身体健康。本文旨在对高尿酸血症与心血管疾病的相关研究及治疗概况做一综述,为临床治疗提供一定的参考。

With the improvement of living standard and the change of daily dietary structure,the number of people suffering from hyperuricemia(HUA) continues to rise and tends to be younger.Many clinical studies have found that hyperuricemia has become an independent risk factor for the occurrence and death of cardiovascular disease,which increases the incidence of cardiovascular disease and seriously threatens the health of people.The purpose of this article is to review the research and treatment of hyperuricemia and cardiovascular disease,and to provide some references for clinical treatment.
