基于设计思维的中医儿童健康科普人才培养模式改革研究

Research on Personnel Cultivation Mode Reform of Traditional Chinese Medicine Children’s Health Science Popularization from the Design Thinking Perspective

中医儿童健康科普人才和儿科医疗资源匮乏的问题,在"二胎"政策全面放开后,更加凸显出来。这对中医院校培养中医儿童健康科普人才提出了新的要求,只有在基于市场需求的基础上改革人才培养模式,才能培养出满足社会需要的复合型人才。本文就此引入设计思维,对中医院校培养中医儿童健康科普人才培养模式进行改革,引导科普人员从传统的思维方式转向通俗和社会化思考,站在受众的角度,以要达成的成果着手,解决中医药科普目前存在的一些问题;引导科普人员实现正确运用科普的表现手法来表现科学知识,传递科技信息;能够创新性的构建中医药文化科普人才培养模式,提高中医药科普人才培养质量,丰富科普教育理论,促进中医药科普文化传播。

Since a universal second-child policy has been fully adopted,the shortage of children’s health science popularization talents and pediatric medical resources in traditional Chinese medicine has become more prominent.This puts forward new requirements for TCM universities and colleges to foster TCM children’s health science popularization talents.Only by reforming the talent training patten based on market demand can we cultivate inter-disciplinary talents who meet the need of society.Thus this essay introduces the concept of design thinking to reform the training patten of TCM children’s health science popularization talents in universities and colleges of TCM.The aim is to guide science popularization personnel to alter from the traditional way of thinking to popular and socialized thinking.From the aspects of recipients,with the results to be achieved,science popularization personnel should tackle some problems currently existing in the area of TCM science popularization.It’s vital to guide them to correctly use the expression technique of science popularization to convey scientific knowledge and transmit technological information.We would like to construct innovative talents training patten of TCM science popularization,promote the training quality of TCM science popularization personnel,enrich the theory of science popularization education and facilitate the spread of popular science culture of TCM.
