摘要
以Vc或EDTA-2Na为阳性对照,选取2,2’-连氮基-双-(3-乙基苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)(ABTS^+·)和1,1-二苯基-二苦基肼(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)自由基清除能力、铁离子还原抗氧化能力(Ferric ion reducing antioxidant power,FRAP)、总还原力、Fe^2+螯合力5个抗氧化指标,探究和厚朴酚的体外抗氧化活性.结果表明:和厚朴酚ABTS^+·清除力为(2.524±0.092)mol Vc当量、DPPH清除力为(0.291±0.014)mol Vc当量、铁离子还原抗氧化值达(2.150±0.172)mol Vc当量、总还原力为(0.058±0.002)mol Vc当量、亚铁离子螯合力为(0.057±0.003)mol EDTA-2Na当量.因此,和厚朴酚具有较强的体外抗氧化活性,可为其开发成抗氧化剂提供一定的试验基础.
To investigate the antioxidant activities in vitro of honokiol,we measured five indexes,namely,the radical scavenging activities of 2,2’-azino-bis 3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid(ABTS^+·)and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH),ferric ion reducing antioxidant power(FRAP),total reducing power and Fe^2+chelating activity,taking Vc or EDTA-2Na as the positive control.The results showed that the scavenging activies against ABTS^+·and DPPH radicals were(2.524±0.092)mol Vc equivalent and(0.291±0.014)mol Vc equivalent,respectively;FRAP value(2.150±0.172)mol Vc equivalent,total reducing force(0.058±0.002)mol Vc equivalent,and ferrous ion chelating force(0.057±0.003)mol EDTA-2Na equivalent.So,honokiol has a strong antioxidant activity in vitro,which can provide a certain experimental basis for the development of antioxidants.
