不同插穗处理对油橄榄扦插生根的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Different Cutting Treatments on Rooting Rate of Olive Cutting Seedlings

摘要 为优化油橄榄扦插条件,提高扦插生根率,以油橄榄半木质化枝条为材料,通过正交试验,研究了IBA质量浓度、NAA质量浓度及留叶数混合处理对油橄榄扦插生根情况的影响.结果表明:不同处理间油橄榄生根率和插穗坏死率都存在显著差异(P<0.05),以IBA 2.0 g/L、NAA 1.5 g/L、留叶数2的处理生根率最高.方差分析结果表明:IBA质量浓度对生根率的影响差异显著,对插穗坏死率的影响差异不显著;NAA质量浓度对生根率和插穗坏死率的影响差异均不显著;留叶数对生根率的影响差异不显著,对插穗坏死率的影响差异显著.主次效应分析结果表明:IBA质量浓度对生根率起主导作用,其次是NAA质量浓度和留叶数;留叶数对插穗坏死率起主导作用,其次是IBA质量浓度和NAA质量浓度. In order to optimize the cutting conditions and improve the rooting rate of olive,the effects of IBA concentration,NAA concentration and the number of leaves on the rooting of olive cutting were studied by orthogonal test.The results showed that there were significant differences in rooting rate and cuttings necrosis rate among different treatments(P<0.05),and the highest rooting rate was(IBA 2.0 g/L,NAA 1.5 g/L,leaves 2).The results of variance analysis showed that:IBA concentration had significant effect on rooting rate,but had no significant effect on cuttings necrosis rate;NAA concentration had no significant effect on rooting rate and cuttings necrosis rate;the number of leaves had no significant effect on rooting rate,but had significant effect on cuttings necrosis rate.The results of primary and secondary effect analysis showed that IBA concentration played a leading role in rooting rate,followed by NAA concentration and leaves number;leaves number played a leading role in cutting necrosis rate,followed by IBA concentration and NAA concentration.
