摘要
针对结构强度试验高速测量时的时序匹配问题,采用基于PLD的时钟设计方法,对控制系统触发信号的输出时间进行记录,同时对测量系统触发响应时间进行标记。该方案可以实现应变测量的线下时序检验以及校对,实现控制加载时间与测量采集时间的时序精确匹配,可对高速测量过程中的测量可靠性提供一定的保障。
Aiming at the problem of time sequence matching in high-speed measurement of structural strength test,the clock design method based on PLD is used to record the output time of the trigger signal of the control system and mark the trigger response time of the measurement system.This scheme can realize the offline time sequence inspection and calibration of stain measurement,realize the precise time sequence matching between the control loading time and the measurement acquisition time,and achieve the high-speed.The measurement reliability in the measurement process provides a certain guarantee scheme.
