摘要
针对结构强度试验应变测量的误差来源进行深入分析,结合试验现场测量流程,总结了试验现场应变测量规模较大时应变误差的主要来源,提出了降低应变误差的系统维护和校正方法,采取有效措施抑制测量设备安装以及试验环境对应变误差的直接影响,大幅降低传统应变测量过程中信息利用不足导致的应变误差发生概率。试验验证表明,所提方法能够实现应变状态的在线检测和校正,效率较高,具备一定的实用性。
Based on the in depth analysis of the error sources of strain measurement in structural strength test,combined with the field measurement process,this paper summarizes the main sources of strain error when the scale of strain measurement in the test site is large,puts forward the method of system maintenance and correction to reduce strain error,takes effective measures to restrain the direct impact of measurement equipment installation and test environment on the change error,and greatly reduces transmission.The experimental results show that the proposed method can realize the on-line detection and correction of strain state with high effectively and practicability.
