摘要
根据加载端盖需要满足的试验加载以及约束要求,设计了一种后机身静力试验加载端盖结构。采用梁单元模拟加载端盖中的螺栓连接,板壳元模拟加载端盖中的对接端板、"工"字型钢以及盖板的建模方法,对其进行有限元分析,给出分析结果和强度校核结论。最后根据有限元分析结果,针对"工"字型钢安全系数低的问题对其进行了优化,最终使其达到设计要求,为该型飞机后机身静力试验加载端盖的设计优化提供了重要支持。
According to the test load and constraint requirement of loading end cover,this paper designs a static test load end cover structure of rear fuselage.Using beam element to simulate the bolt connection,and shell element is used to simulate the butt end plate,I-beam and cover plate.Then the finite element analysis is carried out.Based on the finite element analysis result,it is optimized for the low safety factor of I-beam,after the optimization,it meets the requirement of design.This paper provides an important support for design and optimize the static test load end cover structure of the rear fuselage.
