剪切载荷下复合材料加筋壁板的屈曲性能及承载能力试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 对3种不同蒙皮/长桁刚度配比的无损与含目视勉强可见损伤(BVID)的复合材料加筋壁板,分别进行剪切载荷下的试验研究,得到了结构的屈曲载荷、承载能力及失效模式,研究成果可为今后复合材料加筋壁板的设计提供参考。试验表明,在一定范围内,剪切试验件的承载能力随着蒙皮/长桁刚度配比的增加而增加,对于蒙皮/长桁刚度配比为3.79的试验件,冲击损伤对结构承载能力的影响较为明显,且帽顶冲击损伤对试验件的承载能力影响更大。对于蒙皮/长桁刚度配比为3.84、3.92的试验件,冲击损伤对试验件的承载能力影响不大,但是冲击损伤降低了局部刚度,造成结构件发生局部屈曲而导致破坏。 Stability tests of three different stiffness ratio of skin and stringer stiffened composite panels with or without barely visible impact damage(BVID)were conducted under shear loads and test results such as initial buckling load,load carrying capacity and failure mode of the panels were obtained.The test results will provide references for further design of stiffened composite panels.Results show that in a certain range carrying capacity of specimen increases with the increase of stiffness ratio of skin and stringer.For specimen with stiffness ratio of 3.79,the influence of impact damage for the carrying capacity of structure is obvious,and the impact damage on top of hat has the strong effect on the structure.For specimen with stiffness ratio of 3.84、3.92,impact damage has little effect on the structure.However,damage decrease the local stiffness at the impact points,and lead to the specimen was destroyed by local buckling.
