摘要
某涵道尾桨疲劳寿命认定试验中,要对尾桨施加2种载荷,分别是沿叶身展向的低周离心力载荷和垂直于叶身的高周气动力载荷。这2种载荷需要同步协调加载,每一种载荷具有不同的幅值和频率,使用传统的单一设备,很难实现这2种载荷的同时加载。因此,经过分析,提出了利用2种设备分别施加高周载荷和低周载荷的方法,2种设备之间通过外部触发信号来实现2种载荷的同步协调加载。通过研究和试验,证明该方法切实可行,满足试验要求。
In the fatigue life determination test of a culvert tail rotor,two kinds of loads should be applied to the tail rotor:the low circumferential centrifugal load along the blade and the high circumferential aerodynamic load perpendicular to the blade,and these two kinds of loads need to be loaded synchronously and coordinately,each load has different amplitude and frequency.Using traditional single equipment,it is difficult to load these two loads at the same time.Therefore,after analysis,it is proposed to apply high cycle load and low cycle load respectively by using two kinds of equipment,and to realize synchronous and coordinated loading of the two kinds of load by external trigger signal between the two equipments.Though research and experiment,it is proved that the method is feasible and meets the test requirements.
