新舟飞机发房上盖阶差改进措施 被引量:1

摘要 针对发房上盖与短舱安装过程出现局部阶差不符合装机要求的现象,从结构特性、协调方法、加工工艺等方面,结合新舟飞机生产情况,以数字化模型协调方法对发房上盖工装设计、零件制造和组件装配进行分析探讨,提出具体工艺优化解决方案,生产满足要求的产品。不断积累经验,为新舟飞机数字化装配技术发展奠定基础。 Based on the phenomenon that the partial step difference between the upper cover of the engine room and the the nacelle does not meet the installation requirements,from the structural characteristics,coordination method,processing technology,etc,combined with the production situation of Modern ark,the digital coordination is used to analyze the design of the tools,the part manufacturing and assembly of upper cover of the engine room.Meanwhile,the specific process optimization solutions are proposed to produce the products that meet the requirements.We will continue to accumulate experience and lay a foundation for the development of digital assembly technology of Modern ark.
