摘要
通过对独立加码杠杆式力标准机工作原理及结构特性分析,设计力标准机的控制电气电路及控制系统构架,利用微机控制原理,以VB为开发平台,对控制软件进行软件模块化的设计,实现力标准机校准的自动化控制、自动化采集、分路校准及数据处理等功能。
Based on the analysis of the working principle and structural characteristics of lever force standard machine with loading weights respectively,the control electrical circuit and control system framework of the force standard machine are designed.The control software is modularized by using the microcomputer control principle and VB as the development platform,so as to realize the automatic control,automatic collection.
