结构强度试验液压缸底座拓扑优化设计

摘要 本文探索了结构强度试验液压缸轻量化设计方案,采用拓扑优化技术对液压缸底座进行减重设计,考虑了液压缸传力过程中载荷传载和约束,得到了底座的拓扑优化设计结果,并进一步进行了保形设计,然后进行强度校核。仿真结果表明,其结构强度满足试验要求,液压缸底座的轻量化设计技术可以有效减轻结构重量。 The lightweight design scheme of hydraulic cylinder for structural test is explored,and the base of hydraulic cylinder is designed to reduce weight by topology optimization technology.The load transmission and restriction during the process of hydraulic cylinder force transmission are considered.The topology optimization design result of the base is obtained,and the type protection design and strength check are further carried out.The simulation results show that the structural strength meets the test requirements and the lightweight design of the base of hydraulic cylinder is also carried out.The design technology can effectively reduce the weight of structure.
