摘要
针对飞机结构强度试验中向上载荷的施加问题,设计龙门架加载系统,该加载系统主要包括龙门架立柱和加载横梁两部分。根据试验实际应用情况,对该系统中的各主要部件进行优化设计并进行强度校核,结果表明,所设计的龙门架加载系统满足承载需求,保证了试验的顺利进行。
Aiming at the problem of upward load application in the aircraft structural strength test,a gantry loading system is designed.The loading system mainly includes gantry columns and loading beams.According to the actual application of the test,the main components of the system are optimized and the strength is checked.The results show that the designed gantry loading system meets the load requirements and ensures the smooth running of the test.
