摘要
"互联网+政务服务"是我国政府治理的一种重要方式,也是新技术在我国电子政务中应用最广泛、最有成效的领域。随着"放管服"改革的不断推进,"互联网+政务服务"建设取得了显著成效,标准在其中发挥了重要作用。本文介绍了我国"互联网+政务服务"发展现状,梳理了"互联网+政务服务"标准制定情况,分析了"互联网+政务服务"标准化建设存在的问题,提出"互联网+政务服务"标准化建设的策略建议。
"Internet + government service" is an important way of governmental governance in China, and new technologies are the most widely and effectively used in China’s e-government services. With the reform of delegating power, streamlining administration and optimizing government services, the "Internet + government service" has achieved remarkable results. Standards play an important role in the process. This paper introduces the development of "Internet + government service" in China, introduces relevant standards, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward the strategic suggestions on the standardization of "Internet + government service".
