摘要
本文介绍DBJ/T 13-320-2019《建设项目社会稳定风险评估报告编审规程》的制定背景,重点阐明该规程的结构框架和主要技术内容,以便建设项目社会稳定风险评估报告的编制和审查机构、人员及时准确了解规程内容,加快规程的应用实施,促进规程更好地发挥对建设项目社会稳定风险评估工作的指导作用。
This paper introduces the background of DBJ/T 13-320-2019, Standard specification for social stability risk assessment report of construction projects, expounds on the structure and main technical contents of the standard, in order to facilitate the preparation and review of the Social Stability Risk Assessment Report of construction project, help the institutions and personnel understand timely and accurately the contents of the standard, accelerate the application and implementation of the standard, and promote the standard to play a better role in the social stability risk assessment of construction projects.
