Research progress on antitumor mechanism of bufalin from the way of signal transduction pathway

中药是祖国医学的瑰宝,在我国,中成药或多或少的应用在癌症患者治疗的不同阶段,但是有部分医生或患者对中药的作用持保留态度,限制了中药的推广和应用。华蟾素具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、强心、增强免疫力、止痛、麻醉、诱导血管收缩等作用,在恶性肿瘤治疗中应用广泛。其中bufalin是其发挥功能的重要单体,而部分医生对其抗肿瘤机制并不熟悉,本文拟对bufalin的抗肿瘤机制作出综述,为其临床应用提供理论依据。

The traditional Chinese medicine is a treasure of the motherland medicine.In China,Chinese medicines are more or less applied in different stages of treatment for cancer patients,but some doctors or patients have reservations about the role of traditional Chinese medicine,which limits the promotion and application of traditional Chinese medicine.Cinobufotalin is a multifunctional drug,with the ability of anti-tumor,anti-virus,strong heart,enhance immunity,analgesic,anesthesia,induce vasoconstriction,etc.,and is widely used in the treatment of malignant tumors.Bufalin is an important monomer for its function,but some doctors are not familiar with its anti-tumor mechanism.This paper reviews the anti-tumor mechanism of bufalin and provides a theoretical basis for its clinical application.
